Nikayon Soapworks Co. (Est. 7/2026)—Nikayon (nee-kah-YOHN) is a Hebrew word associated with cleanliness, tidiness, and purity. For us, it represents something deeper—the outward expression of an inward spiritual truth. We believe we are part of a greater purpose: what the Father creates, the Son redeems, and the Spirit refines.

Our mission is to honor the Holy Trinity through everything we create everything we do, and every life we have the opportunity to touch. We believe we are blessed to be a blessing, and through our handcrafted soaps and lotions, we seek to reflect God's goodness, share His love, and give back to those in need.

Nikayon Soapworks Co. Philanthropic Model—We are registered as a for-profit Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of North Carolina. We are not a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our business operates under a strict Zero-Salary structure, meaning no owners, members, or managers draw salaries or wages of any kind.

Where the Money Goes—One hundred percent (100%) of our net profits are bound by our operating agreement to be distributed or contributed for charitable purposes to verified 501(c)(3) public charitable organizations, and to individuals or families experiencing hardship. Every purchase you make directly fuels this circle of giving.

Net profits are calculated as our gross sales revenues minus only the absolute, direct costs necessary to produce and fulfill customer orders, including raw soap-making materials and ingredients, product packaging, shipping expenses, e-commerce platform and hosting fees, state-mandated regulatory and filing fees, and applicable federal and state taxes.

Tax-Deductibility Notice—Because Nikayon Soapworks Co. is a commercial business enterprise, your purchase of our soap products constitutes a standard retail transaction. Purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions on your personal state or federal tax returns.

We are Anchored in Grace, Giving It all Back—Fruits of the Harvest.
